I love working with individuals to help them build on the strengths they already have to accomplish their goals and move closer to the life they want. I provide a caring, open, and non-judgmental space - come as you are!
If you feel your emotions are taking over, I can help you gain a better understanding of your feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours to develop new ways to respond and cope with life's stressors and joys.

I’m a Registered Social Worker with over a decade of experience working in the mental health field in Toronto and Mississauga. I use a strengths-based approach in my work with clients and a variety of methods depending on their individual needs - pulling primarily from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing.

SERVICES & FEES
All services are provided virtually. If you are unable to access virtual services or prefer appointments by telephone, this can be arranged. Please note that my private practice is very small and I only offer appointments on weekday evenings from 7:00-8:00pm.
I offer a free 15 minute consult prior to starting work together. Following that, all sessions are $140 and last for 50 minutes. Please note that counselling by a Registered Social Worker is not covered by OHIP. However, some private insurance companies do cover this service - please consult your insurance provider for more details.
